WINGS (Wisdom, Initiative & Next-Step Guidance Support) is UI Academy’s learner support initiative. When learners meet key readiness milestones, UI Academy may provide flight support (ticket purchase or reimbursement) up to an approved cap—subject to sponsor availability and approval.

What WINGS is not
WINGS does not include job placement, recruitment services, migration/visa guarantees, visa services, or legal representation. International outcomes are determined by third parties and relevant regulations.

No. WINGS support is limited and not guaranteed. Decisions depend on eligibility and available funding.
Learners can apply only if they meet the baseline requirements, typically including:
- Completion of the relevant UI Academy pathway
- B2 exam pass with an authorized provider (proof required)
- First 3rd best of each Group.
- Valid Germany visa granted (proof required)
- Signed WINGS Terms & Conditions + consent for verification
- Compliance with UI Academy’s code of conduct
Applications may be Approved, Waitlisted, or Not approved, depending on eligibility and funding availability.
Default is reimbursement after proof of purchase and boarding documents. In some cases, UI Academy may purchase the ticket directly when operationally necessary.
Typically: passport/ID for name matching, B2 proof, visa proof, travel dates/route (if known), and signed WINGS T&Cs + consent.
